1. About CBK9 Training
CBK9 Training provides professional dog training services, including obedience training, advanced companion training, behavioral rehabilitation, service dog training, medical-alert training, and related services.
Information presented on this website is intended to describe CBK9’s services and provide general educational information.

CBK9 makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, information may change as programs, pricing, availability, services, or other business details change.
Website content should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular service, program, training method, or outcome will be appropriate for every dog or client.
3. Consultation Requests
Submitting a consultation or contact form does not automatically create a client relationship, reserve a training appointment, or guarantee acceptance into a CBK9 program.
A consultation request is an inquiry that allows CBK9 to learn more about your needs and determine whether a particular service or program may be appropriate.
CBK9 may contact you using the information provided in your request.
4. Training Services
Training programs are customized based on the individual dog, owner, training goals, behavior, environment, and other relevant circumstances.
Training may involve obedience, behavior modification, public-access skills, service dog task training, medical-alert training, or other specialized work depending on the program selected.
Specific program details, pricing, schedules, payment arrangements, and other service terms may be provided separately and may be incorporated into the agreement between CBK9 and the client.
5. Training Results
Dog training involves an animal whose behavior can be affected by genetics, health, environment, learning history, reinforcement history, handling, consistency, and numerous other factors.
CBK9 does not guarantee a particular behavioral or training outcome.
Successful training requires appropriate participation, communication, practice, and follow-through by the client when applicable.
6. Behavioral Rehabilitation
Behavioral rehabilitation cases may involve fear, anxiety, reactivity, aggression, resource guarding, or other significant behavioral concerns.
CBK9 will determine whether a particular case, dog, environment, or requested service is appropriate for CBK9 to undertake.
For safety reasons, CBK9 may modify, pause, decline, or discontinue a training arrangement when circumstances require it.
7. Service Dog Training
CBK9 provides training intended to help eligible dogs develop skills and tasks that may assist individuals with disabilities.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, a service animal is generally a dog individually trained to perform work or tasks directly related to a person’s disability. (ADA Archive)
Training a dog does not, by itself, guarantee that the dog will ultimately qualify as a service dog under applicable law or successfully perform every requested task or function in every environment.
CBK9 does not guarantee public-access eligibility, certification, registration, legal status, or acceptance by a particular business, organization, airline, government agency, or other entity.
Clients remain responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws and requirements governing service animals.
8. Medical-Alert Training
Medical-alert training is specialized dog training intended to develop trained responses or alert behaviors associated with an individual’s needs.
CBK9 does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, medical monitoring, or medical advice.
Training outcomes may vary between individual dogs and teams. No representation is made that a trained dog will identify every medical event, provide an alert in every circumstance, or replace medical care, monitoring, treatment, medication, or emergency services.
Clients should continue to follow the recommendations and treatment plans provided by their qualified healthcare professionals.
9. Educational Information
The CBK9 website, including any Service Dog Hub, articles, guides, FAQs, travel information, or other educational material, is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Information regarding service animals, accessibility, travel, the ADA, TSA procedures, or other laws and regulations may change.
Website information is not legal advice, medical advice, or individualized professional advice. Clients should consult the appropriate government agency, qualified attorney, healthcare professional, or other qualified professional when individualized advice is needed.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their dog and circumstances;
- Disclosing relevant behavioral concerns and safety issues;
- Following applicable instructions provided during training;
- Providing appropriate care, supervision, food, veterinary care, and exercise for their dog;
- Following applicable laws and regulations;
- Using reasonable judgment regarding their dog’s safety and the safety of other people and animals.
Clients should promptly notify CBK9 of material changes affecting the dog’s health, behavior, environment, or safety.
11. Safety
Dogs can behave unpredictably, particularly in unfamiliar, stressful, or stimulating environments.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate control and supervision of their dogs outside of circumstances in which CBK9 has expressly assumed responsibility for the dog.
